As others have mentioned these people do not value your time and will ghost you no matter how far into the interview you are or how much work you put in. Everybody I talked to was totally incompetent at both judging my experience and scheduling interview rounds. It ended with me doing over 40 hours of prep work for an interview presentation only to have them ghost me without even scheduling a final round. I genuinely wish I had some recourse other than to post here but whatever. I'm disgusted by these hiring practices which should really be illegal; do not waste your time with this company.
