The process began with a recruiter from Henry Schein One scheduling a video call for an initial discussion. At the scheduled time, the recruiter did not join the meeting. After reaching out on LinkedIn, the recruiter explained that there had been a system issue and that the meeting invitation had not appeared on their calendar. The call was then rescheduled for the following day.
On the morning of the rescheduled meeting, the recruiter informed me that she had a personal emergency and stated that the discussion would be moved to the following week. I followed up twice during the next week to arrange a new time, but there was no response.
Several weeks later, I received an automated rejection email. This was particularly concerning because the interview itself never actually took place.
This sequence of events reflects a highly unprofessional and poorly managed recruiting process. Failing to attend scheduled meetings, not responding to follow-ups, and then sending an automated message referencing an interview that never occurred demonstrates a lack of coordination and respect for candidates’ time. Experiences like this unfortunately create a negative impression of the company’s hiring practices and overall professionalism.

1. First round was of Phone Screening where my motivation to apply to the role was checked.
2. Technical exercise to solve as peer programming. It was a basic c# exercise in .net project.

I was provided a github link to the exercise. I solved the exercise in a remote session with the interviewer. It was more of peer programming exercise.

Stay away!
They don’t have a basic courtesy to communicate or respond to emails or calls. I had initial screen, predictive assessment and onsite rounds for which I was called on last minute.
I hardly got a response from the recruiter inspite sending multiple emails and calls .
When you drill candidates about behavior, communication and team dynamics don’t you think you should maintain one to begin with?
I don’t mind taking a no after interviews but have basic manners of communicating it instead of ghosting people.
