Two part process; one on one at first and then about four other people in the second interview. Interview felt more about getting to know me as a person, less about experience. Of course, they do read your resume so that should speak for you.

Entrevista
Spoke to a hiring manager at the college job fair. They got in touch with me about a week later via text and had a phone interview a couple days later. I got an email offer about 3 weeks after the career fair.
