I applied to a position that they had in their compliance department in Oxnard CA. The first Vice President and another girl interviewed me. They led me to believe that they were going to hire me immediately. A few days passed and I did not hear back from them. I called their Human resources department and left several messages! No one called me back. I send them emails but they did not reply. I was shocked! Didnt know what to think. Extremely unprofessional way of handling an interview for a bank!
