Its like casual conversation. I was asked about all the experiences that I had. Any experienced in psych. The interviewer explained the job responsibilities of a nurse, all the benefits,etc.

Interviewed with HR, offered the job on the same day. Asked basic questions regarding experience and why I wanted to work in psychiatric care. Mouth swab drug test. Background check and physical. Able to start work within about 2 weeks.
