there were a few phone interviews and face to face. It was a standard interview, they over promise and under deliver. Its a terrible place to work. bad bad bad

Strenuous interviewing process. Starts with a phone interview with the Regional manager ( who would be your boss). You then have to take several personality, math and vocabulary aptitude tests, if you pass that you have an in person interview with the same regional manager. Once that is passed you have another phone interview with a trainer or higher up and a presentation on the company’s RESET program ( that you have a day to memorize and prepare for). Finally you have a drug test. Wow. Stresses me out thinking about it again.
