I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HexaView Technologies (Noida) in February 2017.
Interview
Interview process is so lengthy and usually finish with no outcome.
1. Aptitude 2.Technical MCQ 3.Technical Code (Write Simple Two Codes)
After that they Start F2F Rounds until you are not capable to clear the round they even don't tell you that next round will be technical or what.

Entrevista
First round was two programming questions. One was to find if a number is a super number.Other,to reverse each word of a string separated by spaces. They give you your resume and experience related forms to fill.i waited for result,cleared first round.but waited for two hours fir the interview. i was geeting late so left and requested to come in some other day. i was called to come a week later.
Next round was technical interview, the interviewer asked me about my current project then he asked me to write sql query to get 2nd salary of employee both using subquery and cte which i did. then some questions related to asp.net concepts, then asked to implement the factorial program using recursion which i got stuck at some point. i was not selected for further rounds.

Entrevista
Interview Process is unnecessarily lengthy.
- Aptitude round( basic quant questions)
- Technical round(Basic .Net questions)
- Programming round (2-3 questions)
After these round they will ask you to leave and will inform you for future round if you get shortlisted.
- F2F (technical interview)
- Another F2F (technical interview)
If you clear these two round you will be called for other rounds which include interview with HR, Director (CEO) and CTO.
Management need to make hiring process more transparent and complete the process within one or two weeks.
I don’t know what you guys are expecting from fresher either make hiring process less lengthy or offer good package which is worth going through so many round and wasting so much time.
Looked like whole process was waste of time, I even declined offer from other company just to get in this one and after whole process which took almost two month they said your profile is on hold.
