Entrevista
Held remotely on Microsoft Teams, first you go through an HR behavioral scan before meeting with the senior manager of whichever team or branch you are on. The interviews were in 30-minute time slots but they are flexible with letting you go overtime if you have extra questions.
Foi um PS bem rápido, o que é muito bom porque tem empresas que demoram meses. A entrevista final foi bem simples, contendo uma parte para contar algumas experiências pessoais e outra para confirmar dados.

The interview process consists of two stages:
Online Exam: It evaluates technical skills, subject-specific knowledge, coding challenges, and logical reasoning tasks to assess the candidate's problem-solving abilities.
Online Interview: This stage includes technical questions related to the role, behavioral questions to understand past experiences, problem-solving exercises, and discussions to assess the candidate’s communication skills, approach to challenges, and overall suitability.
