I went through a total of four interview rounds with Hexaware for the .NET Developer position. Below is a summary of the entire process: HR Screening Interview The first round was an HR discussion where I was asked basic questions about my professional background, skills, and experience relevant to the role. First Technical Interview The second round was my first technical interview. The interviewer kept his camera off and asked fundamental questions related to C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server. Second Technical Interview The third round was another technical interview with a different interviewer, also with the camera off. Many of the questions were from the same topics as the previous round, with some repetition. Technical Panel Discussion The fourth round was a more formal technical discussion with two panel members, this time with their cameras on. They asked additional questions across the same technical areas to evaluate my overall proficiency. Shortly after completing the interviews, I received an email confirming that I had been shortlisted for the .NET Developer role. I was then sent an invitation for background verification through First Advantage Corporation. The verification process took around 20 days, and the final report came back clean. However, despite clearing all rounds and finishing the background check, I did not receive further updates. When I followed up with Hexaware, I was informed that the project associated with my application has been placed on hold.
