It was very funny and frustrating ... they called me at 9:00 AM and HR , interviewer came at 11:00 and manager came at 3 PM If company calling for interview .. they should present before candidates..

I had telephonic interview with Hexaware, on first schedule they did not call and when I reached out to Consultant they rescheduled, next time I got a call and I asked the interviwer to wait for 2 minutes so that I can reach to a silen zone, as last time they did not call i was not already at a silent place, rather than starting interview the person started scolding me for not being at silent place already and he did this for around 5 minutes, When i asked him to start interview, he said " I am rude" and scolding a new person who is not even on board was very much polite and professional. Hexaware should definately work on this, are they there to work or scold and harrass people.
