Applied through college, Actually on-campus, All went well, Round 1: Apptitiude round, Round 2: Communicationround, Round 3: Behavioural Test. Among all over clg more than 1000+ students, Me, and my 2 classmates, got selected, Totally 8 of them got selected. Then i got letter of intent from clg, Signed and sent, Started training and finished for 2 months: There was 5 exams conducted in between. Actually trainee for technical was not at all good, I cleared 4/5 exams, And 5th exam was based on java, So no one didnt perform well. During campus talk, They gave their words, "Once u got selected, you are an employee of hexaware". But even after 3-4 months post training, I didnt get any point of contact. When i reached Placement cell, they told, only two students got selected, other rejected. We all rejected without any reason. So dont believe hexaware and leave other oppurtunities, as I did. I left my chances of Accenture, CTS and many good companies.
