Average interview process. Company is only worried about the client and their money .They don't care much about resource grievances and requests. Work environment is not creative friendly. Worried only about meeting numbers.

I attended two rounds of interviews that mainly focused on core Java and Spring Boot concepts. The interviewers asked questions on exception handling, Java 8 features such as Streams and Lambda expressions, Spring Boot annotations, REST controllers, SOLID design principles, and SQL join queries. The discussions were mostly based on practical application and understanding of backend development concepts.
