I participated in the recruitment process at Intellect Design Arena for the Software Developer role, which began with an online assessment consisting of aptitude and programming questions, where I scored 96%, qualifying for the 6 LPA package. This was followed by an HR interview to assess my communication skills, attitude, and cultural fit. After that, I attended a second technical round, which involved solving two coding problems focused on data structures and algorithms, followed by a technical interview that covered core Java concepts, object-oriented programming, exception handling, SQL queries, and questions related to my academic projects and development experience.
