firstly they shortlist our resume, then you will get call, then first round is Technical round, and then manager round, and then HR round, then done this is the whole process

overall interview is good, it became bit harder when the time moves... my suggestion is... one should have knowledge on all basic technical parameters. For me it started with ITSM module basic questions, Then moved to CMDB module in that about CMDB tables, their configuration and how they are getting data, CMDB Audit and CMDB Health. from that it moved to ITOM module regarding service mapping and Event management....
