Horrible experience. You go through this whole process with multiple interviews and write ups with good feedback and then they ghost you. Seems like they just want to know that people are interested in applying. Would not work for a company that isn't transparent.

Interviewer had very little information to offer about company. Had poor clinical understanding and lacked familiarity with reproductive healthcare. Could not explain needs for position. Could not answer questions about company's efforts to make services equitable and accessible. Interviewer was very nice and friendly though, and showed enthusiasm for company's future. Talked a lot about vague plans to expand
