I had a very positive interview experience with HiBob. Throughout the process, the Talent Acquisition partner was responsive, supportive, and communicative, which made the experience feel organized and transparent from start to finish. The use of the Bob platform was very helpful. The hiring manager also did a great job setting expectations and keeping me informed at every stage of the process. The interview panel was impressive, thoughtful, and thorough. Each conversation felt intentional and gave me a strong understanding of both the role and the company culture. Overall, the process was professional, engaging, and welcoming — and ultimately reinforced my excitement about joining HiBob.

It was a four step process which included a call with the talent acquisition partner, then the hiring manager, followed by a demo roleplay with a panel and ending with an interview with a senior manager. We were both happy to move through the process quickly. From start to finish was just over two weeks.
