      I applied for a role in Sydney in November 2024, via HiBob's website directly. I was well qualified for the role and have worked in the same specialty area for 3+ years (and they were only looking for 2-3 years experience]. Even though I was surely one of the first application they received (the role had been advertised on LinkedIn only 1 hour earlier), I heard nothing about my application at all until I received an automated rejection email in February 2025. They've since advertised the same role again and don't seem to have made a hire in that team... so I'm wondering whether they're actually ever looking for CSMs or if this advert is just constantly providing them with a fresh pile of CS resumes, just in case.

      Following an initial screening call, I had a 30-minute calls with the hiring manager and then a 45 minute presentation task to complete. All wrapped up in 4 weeks, including the Christmas break.

      The interview process consisted of four interviews, including an on-site case study presentation. Overall, the process was clear, smooth, and very straightforward. It took around two months from the initial contact to receiving the job offer, mainly due to the December holiday period. Overall, I was very satisfied with the interview experience.
