I was introduced by one of my friends so started a background interview with the development lead. He was very friendly and cool guy. After that, there was a development test in Katis site consisting of 3 questions in different levels. In fact, the tests were some ACM contest problems and I failed to solve two of them. I think solving that problems, cannot conclude that the candidate is a good developer.
