Breif. Just to see if you have interpersonal skills and no criminal history. Nothing extensive, just are you a personality fit, then churn and burn on the floor. Computer skills are a must, phone sales with multiple screens.
The interview was great - first I spoke with the HR department and then I was scheduled a follow up phone call with the Manager for the territory. Which turned out to be very informative as well.
