The local manager called me on the phone to conduct a first interview asking me about my background. The second interview was scheduled in-person. The next meeting was a 2 hour ride-a-long. I was able to ask current employees about the company and manager. Then there was a final interview with offer.

I did two phone interviews and a ride along with a rep that does my job also. After the ride day we had lunch with my perspective manager. Phone part was mainly letting me know territory and nature of the job
