Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Hibu (Raleigh, NC) em nov. de 2023
Entrevista
For the Outside Sales Rep role I had 3 interviews. The first interview was a 30 minute call with HR, 2nd interview was with the manager of the team I applied for; it was a 30-40 minute Zoom call. The 3rd interview was an hour and a half long with regional vice president. Also did a ride along with another sales rep where we did about 8 prospecting calls and visited local companies to also prospect. I did have to do the prospecting myself after be able to observe some. Was also giving the task of reaching out to 3 current employees to talk to them about the company and ask questions. Not going to lie, the interviewing was quick as all 3 interviews and the ride along took place with in a 2.5 week span (did take place with the week of thanksgiving). In total between the interviews, ride a long and phone calls to current employees I spent about 10 hours in total with the interview process. At the end, I had to create a short video as to why I believed I deserved the position.

They focused on my sales experience and how I would handle taking "No" for an answer
I thought the interview went great. Jeanette did a great job giving me the rundown of what Hibu was all about. I appreciated her questions, and she really wanted to hear from me and why I wanted to join the company.
Jeanett, the hiring manager, was professional. Hibu seems like a good place to work. I would like to pivot and gain more marketing experience. I may have a better opportunity after I complete some additional training.

Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Hibu (Bellevue, WA).

Made it to round three. They already have five members in Washington. Keep in mind all leads are outbound meaning you eat what you kill. They are keen to coach you on your weaknesses and share more insight on their sale strategy. Overall, initial recruitment is kinda get you in the door. After that it’s really personality based.
I brought up the fact that minimum salary in WA is $77k+ and that the base salary of $51k was questionable. Basically, it’s not even paying bills and that was “off-putting” for the last round. Digital Marketing is a new field and their product line is sort of basic to say the least.
