The interview process consisted of a 3 step process. The first interview was over the phone. The second interview was a ride along with an experienced Sales rep. to see how the role is and what it consists of. The third interview was a sales presentation that is after training to make sure that you have the ability to sale and follow the sales process.

Had a meeting with the manager and the regional manager, along with a day where you shadow a Senior Rep in the region. The interviews were standard and the shadow day is where you can see the different types of businesses and the prospecting that is needed.

Entrevista
It was pretty straight forward, I enjoyed meeting everyone! I had a of fun in my ride along. My manager was super cool during the interview. I got to meet with the president of sales over my region, he was very king understanding. I had great experience overall!

Entrevista
The interview process at Hibu is incredibly transparent, thorough which absolutely describes the company culture at Hibu. They are interviewing you as much as they let you ask questions about them. Hibu treats every client as partners in business, and their employees are treated with the same expectation of longevity.
