The first interview was a brief phone call with an HR member, basic conversation type questions. The second interview was with 3 people asked questions testing skills related to the job, what I looked for in a company, why I chose my major, what my hardest class was, and why, etc. In the next part, they asked for 10, yes TEN, references, and writing sample. You also had to complete an hour-long assessment testing your skills and personality. The 3rd interview was with the CEO, HE asked ME questions about what the role was and what the day to day would be, what his company valued and what set it apart if I could have done better in school, and identify what kind of person the other guy in the interview was when I had maybe spoken to him for 5 minutes tops and to sell him a car. Valid questions that resulted in me laughing out loud when I had no response lol. After all of this, they sent me an automated email to tell me that I did not get the job. Scum move. Everyone I met was very nice.
