It was a 3 step interview process starting with HR and ending with General Manager. Process took about two weeks in total. Very casual, engaging meetings, and they were very friendly and informative. Its not a cookie cutter, constrained interview so you really have the opportunity to talk about yourself, and your ideas, and not just answer questions like a robot.
