I show up to the interview scheduled on Crew and was told by Josh that barbacks were no longer needed. To save time, I could have been communicated in advance that the position was filled. However, I did not hear from the hiring team besides the email sent by Crew. Also, the hiring manager scheduled to interview with me no longer works there. Overall, the hiring process seems to be a mess and lack effective communication. This should say a lot about working with this employer.
