Initial interview with the head of school was wonderful. Informative and felt like 'talking shop' with an old friend. Was approved for the next steps including meetings with human resources, student guides and management. Waited three weeks for further instructions, which never came. Totally baffled. I have now been ghosted by everyone that I spoke to (even desperate enough to try and contact them via social media) and NOBODY WILL ANSWER AN EMAIL. I understand that no promises were made but this is a horrible way to run a company that is so proud of its culture. Just tell your candidates that you don't want their services, don't treat them like the snobby kids in high school!
