After a phone screen, there will be an in person interview. Company has great people and down to earth and it sounds like the culture is awesome. But one of the higher ups was on his phone and looking at his computer most of the time I was in the room interviewing with two other people who were really interested in what I had to say. This didn't impress me much, as he seemed sort of distant most of the time. Listening and learning is a two-way street. Technology is great, but it can still be a distraction.
