Interviewed seperatly with two different interviewers in first round. Interview was average regarding difficultly. General questions were asked, questions were directed at obtaining personality factors and goals for the future. The interview felt more conversational and getting to know the company.

Entrevista
The interview process was very straight-forward. I was able to talk to a few guys who were project managers across the metroplex. The questions they asked were directed towards the job itself and were helpful.

Entrevista
Very laid back panel interview with project managers mainly focusing on previous experience and company culture. Must go through background test before interview. Looking for driven candidates who are passionate about their work with a strong interest in problem solving and managing people

Why do you feel you’re the best candidate for this job?
Found them through career fair at my college. Interviewed with an area project manager and a senior project manager on the same day. They asked about my qualifications and recent work experience. They also talked about Highland and what a position their entails. Got called back the next day and was informed that they would offer me a position.
