The interview was thorough and HR was very pleasant, however, there were some major red flags. Before the interview even started I was led back by an employee (who I would later find out is in the position I’m applying for) that started asking me point blank questions interrogation-style without HR even present. This person led the interview with HR taking a backseat role once they arrived. I was asked questions such as how much do I currently make (why is this pertinent?), told this position was her baby, and was told that I needed to be able to click with everyone there. It also seemed that neither of them had even looked at my Resume. After the interview, HR told this person to show me the grounds. Once we got to the door, this person told me they really didn’t have time for this (I’m sure they didn’t but why was it even offered). Overall, I was left confused and with a feeling like I was being interviewed by America’s Got Talent. It definitely seemed like this lady had made her decision before the interview even started.

Incredibly lengthy. Multistep process for a mid-level at best position. Went through three interviews and was then requested to write an essay within 24 hours on why I thought I deserved the job of her other applicants.
