The process was simple. I had a phone interview, got the job immediately. I didn't speak to a single member of my future management team until I met them in new employee orientation.

Really simple and basic questions. They really emphasized how drug testing only happens during hiring and not again unless prompted. Which is a good thing in my opinion.
