Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Highspot .

My experience closely matched the review below. After advancing past the recruiter screen, the interview with Jeremy Modjeska, (VP of Product & Engineering Operations)heavily on extracting detailed AI enablement strategies, frameworks, and tools that appeared highly specific to the company’s internal needs rather than candidate evaluation.
The interviewer was positive during the discussion, but the process ended with a generic response and no meaningful feedback. After speaking with others, it seems this pattern is common.
I would advise candidates to be cautious about engaging in this interview process and to avoid sharing detailed proprietary or strategic information.

I had the initial screening call with the recruiter, and she moved me forward to a second interview with their VP of Operations in Vancouver . That conversation with him focused almost entirely on extracting detailed information about my AI Enablement strategies, frameworks, and tools. The questions were very targeted to their own needs, and although he was extremely positive during the interview, I later received only a generic thank you email.
Afterward, I spoke with a few friends who’ve had similar experiences with the same company and with him specifically. It turns out this behaviour is common he tends to use interviews as a way to gather information rather than genuinely evaluate candidates. It’s disappointing to see this kind of integrity gap from someone in such a senior role, especially in today’s market
