After a very pleasant screen from the recruiter, who asked good questions about people interaction, I met with two people in leadership in the Services organization. They kindly accommodated an evening interview, and tried to make me feel very comfortable from the get go, which was nice, as I've not been an interviewee very often in my career. The questions ranged from technical to organizational to people interaction, and although some of the tech stretched outside my comfort zone or took me back over a decade, they were well-designed questions, that probed the limits of those areas of my knowledge.
The interview was fairly balanced, and allowed me plenty of time to ask a lot of my questions. In fact, they let me start off the process with a question of my own.
They were quite forthcoming about what they were looking for. They even took the time to draw out an org chart to help me understand where I would be positioned, and helped me understand the resources/opportunities within the company. It's a well-designed Services organization.
