Highspot does a great job marketing themselves and their product so I was excited to interview. Unfortunately, my interview experience with Highspot left me disappointed in the company overall. I was initially contacted by a recruiter to come in for an informational interview with a co-founder. I was then brought back for an interview with the VP of Services. They didn’t know I had already met with the co-founder, and I was as questions that were irrelevant to the role I was interviewing for. I was then brought in for a final interview with another team where there was inconsistent information about the role and when it was available. In total I had 3 onsite interview where there was constant miscommunication between recruiting and team members. Seeing a company I had heard such great things about drop the ball on so many things was a let down and contributed to a poor experience overall.

Average process, although many interviews. First with recruiter, then hiring manager, then loop with several people. Due to scheduling this stage took several weeks. Luckily the recruiter kept me posted on the process.
