Process of 4 stages - very well organised and structured
First of all a call screening with the internal recruiter who digs into your experience and reasons for wanting to apply. Throughout the process offered coaching and detailed feedback from other rounds
Second, line manager interview with Director, Business Development. Drills down into experience, provided a detailed overview of the role itself and the goals of the business. Left plenty of time for questions at the end and was vey thoughtful in her response .
Third: HR Director. Big focus on how you hire, your views on diversity in the workplace and how to promote it. Wants to understand how well you know the culture, how you respond to adveristy and how you make hiring decisions
Finally with the VP and General Manager for EMEA. A shorter interview at just 30 minutes, really focused on character, motivations, ambitions and much less time talking about skill set or experience.
