First step was a quick 30 minute discovery call and then coordinated a time to speak with Head of Marketing (my direct boss) over the phone for another 30 minutes.
The second interview was more detail oriented and a deeper-dive into my experiences and why I wanted to work at Hightower. Since being here they have added some on the phone role-playing, but I did not receive that when I was interviewed.
Third part is coming into the office (which is amazing) and having 5 sets of 30 minute interviews with several team members from different departments. I meet with Sales/Marketing and even had the CEO come in and interview me for one of the interviews (I was super nervous, but he was very chill, and an extremely nice guy).
I heard back within 3-4 days and was offered the position and took it. Overall, not a bad interview process at all and I dealt directly with Josh the whole time, who was amazing with how professional he was and how on time he was to responding to my e-mails keeping me informed every step of the way. I was interviewing at other start-ups and no other place seemed to care as much as Josh did with keeping me in the loop on status/next steps.
