Phone interview with company recruiter- basically going over your resume that the recruiter clearly had not even reviewed before the interview-she asked if I had any certifications/licenses...when my whole resume is my career as a veterinarian with all my licenses listed as the first thing you read....if you are overqualified or make too much money currently they don't seem to consider you as they have a pay structure they have to follow
