Very professional and thorough process. First interview with recruiting company, clearing both parties interests and qualifications - incl. personality test and feedback. Then an on-site interview with one person from management group. And finally a half day test incl. stress test (in box / out box email simulation), case preparation (recommendations and powerpoint deck), and finally presentation to management group.
