Phone screen with HR (out of Mexico for a US job) to go over resume and ask a few basic questions. Then, video interview with hiring manager and HR representative. Mostly behavioral questions. Wanted them answered in STAR format. Questions didn't seem to correlate very well to the skills they were seeking.
