3 interviews total, first interview is over the phone, second is with supervisor of the position and one of their equals, last one is with hr and regional director. all interview questions followed the star method.

The interview process focused heavily on relationship-building, data-driven decision-making, and examples of working cross-functionally. Behavioral questions were all STAR-based, and they wanted strong proof of territory ownership, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving.

STAR format was used for interview. To keep things simple for them and for you, I would consider responding with, "The situation was... The task was...", etc. The interviewers had to take notes and it's way easier for them to do so if you tell them what each letter of the acronym applied vs them having to take in all that you said and make it fit onto their notes.
