Very long process, but recruiter kept communication throughout the entire process. All interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to, very professional and informative. They were also whiling to find an alternative way to get an position with the company.

First interview was a phone screening asking questions on my sales background (percentage of time spent prospecting, account management, # of accounts managed, etc.), interest in Hills, salary expectations, and educational background.

3 phased interview which was really interactive and educational. They made me feel so relaxed. There were 3 interviewers and it was an online interview. Most of the questions were about my past experience.

Initial recruiter screen describing the job and asking basic questions. then moved onto interview with two managers. Went over background, job description, STAR questions. Very nice people, very down to earth.
