Very straightforward and simple process. Very transparent about what to expect in terms of upcoming workload and timing of expected intense work. Focus on my skillset that would be an great addition to the team and what the needs were, without asking a lot of unnecessary questions given my extensive work history and accomplishments. Less focused on specific therapeutic experience as it was felt that could be acquired on the job. This was the best interview experience I've ever had as the interviewers, particularly my future manager was appreciative of my skillset obtained through previous work experience and wasn't so focused on me needing to "check every box" from the job description. This is how the interview process should be at every company.

The process started with a phone screen with a recruiter, who claimed the company was eager to move quickly. We scheduled two rounds of interviews within a matter of days, then I never heard back. They completely ghosted me as a candidate -- would not recommend.
