Entrevista
Online application, cdl a/b airbrakes w/ passenger instructional permit. Primary communication method via email and some phone contact. Video scenario exam (BOSS) testing customer service skills, conflict resolution/avoidance and driving. If pass, invite to interview. Basic interview, face to face customer service and company knowledge needed. HART OPERATOR are customer service representatives. No tricky questions. Next step, wait for completion of background check and HR offer. Successful drug screen, physical and start 8 week training.
