HR was realy friendly and attract by high salary nad good offer with ability father to up to new posiion and obtain new knowledge in finance area and accounting . in general very glad that had experiense with clever people.
From the very beginning the tone was condescending.
Maybe to clear the position and to give the applicant the right feeling for a future of an underling.
I can not recommend this company.

Entrevista
I applied for a position posted by Hilti recruiting agent and later that day I got a call from them. I was offered three options of time and date to meet in a new office in Khimki.
It was one and a half hour interview with 3 members of finance dept. It was a common interview with lots of usual questions mostly asked by CFO. I was inspired after my interview and waited for three weeks but no communication followed after and I requested a feedback from CFO. Unfortunatelly they chose another person.

Entrevista
Insgesamt vier Interviews, HR, Chef, zwei Team Mitglieder. Alle Interviews fanden persönlich statt, gutes Gespräch und gutes Klima. Hauptaugenmerk lag auf dem persönlichen Fit, fachliche Kompetenz wurde weniger abgefragt. Schnelles Feedback durch HR nach dem letzten Interview
