I applied to their graduate program in several worldwide locations. After a month or so, I received an invitation to submit a recorded interview: this was mostly composed of behavioral questions, no brain teasers or technical questions. After another month, I was asked to take an online test: the software is proprietary, but it’s essentially quick math, skim reading and quick graph interpretation (try practicing for the GMAT, it’s as close as it gets). Soon after the deadline for the test, the HR manager following my application contacted me to schedule a phone screen/info call for the next week: this included a couple of light behavioral questions. Within a couple of weeks, I received feedback about the phone screen and an appointment for a 1:1 Skype interview with a manager in the line I was interested in. The interview wasn’t strictly speaking technical, but was challenging and very thorough. I received feedback in 2 days and was invited to the assessment day, two weeks later; it would have consisted at least of a group exercise and a presentation to be prepared in advance (but I withdrew my application since I had just accepted another offer elsewhere).
