Entrevista
A few rounds: a video interview followed by a logic and reasoning test online. Next, there's a face-to-face interview in your home country's offices, with a final set of interviews at the regional headquarters. As a whole, the application process was very professionally operated, with all the information and encouragement the process requires. They do give you a fair shot, and work hard to measure your performances accurately.

The face-to-face interview covers a lot of basic profile questions, where they use a set of corporate values in a set of four that is similar to those of companies like McKinsey and Bain.
Starts with a hire view, then meeting with HR who is very helpful and gives constructive feedback. Then business case with a more technical manager and haven't gotten further yet.

Entrevista
Talent Acquisition team is very professional and friendly. It started with an interview with HR, then there is a Business Case interview, and if you pass this individual Case interview there is an Assessment in Schaan.
Interviewers are super professional and friendly, and the whole process is transparent you would receive constructive feedback from your interviewers. The whole process is pretty efficient compared to other firms.
