there was first round phone interview with the regional HR and it went quite smoothly. Most questions were behavioral questions like leadership experience and what you know about Hilti, why this program.

The process consisted of 4 phases:
- Online Assessment
- Phone call
- Invitation for a full day assessment in team (10 people)in Milan
- Face to Face Interview
Interviewers were very friendly; during assessment day there were 4 interviewers totally; they pay lots of attention to your logical reasoning and thinking; they take in high consideration the ability to set good relationships during a team work

Entrevista
cv screening, video interview, assessment day and then, if you succeed, personal interview. Much competition and stress day on the assessment center, two group works that are pivotal for the final result.
