The interview process felt less structured than expected for a technical role. The conversation lacked a clear flow, and the questions did not consistently align with the job description or the skills required for the position. In several moments, it seemed the interviewers were not fully prepared with a defined technical evaluation framework. The discussion focused more on their internal experiences than on assessing the candidate’s actual capabilities. Because of this, there was limited opportunity to demonstrate relevant skills. Additionally, some role-related functional concepts were not fully understood by the panel, which made it challenging to maintain a productive technical conversation. A more knowledgeable or specialized interviewer would help candidates present their experience more effectively. Overall, the process would benefit greatly from clearer structure, more role-relevant technical questions, and better alignment between the panel’s expertise and the job expectations.

It consisted of an online assignment which had seven sections including coding question, aptitude questions and CS fundamental MCQs. Then, there was one technical round and then an HR round.
