Entrevista
I had a first interview with the department boss, who focused on whether I was good for the job or not. After a week, I had another interview with one of the team to see if I fit into the group. Two or three weeks later, I had a final interview with the HR department where they focused on whether I fit with the company's values or not. In all the interviews I was very comfortable because they were all close people.

Team member interview: what strengths and weaknesses do you have? why do you want to work at hilti? HR interview: tell me a situation in which you failed and how did you solve it. What would your perfect boss be like? What would be the hardest thing you would face if you started working for Hilti?
