Application sent to Hilti followed by phone interview which sees if you are a match, followed by leader interview for me it was two directors, followed by account manager day where you drive around with an account manager, followed by assessment center for 12 hours, where you are told if you receive an offer
Starts with a hire view, then meeting with HR who is very helpful and gives constructive feedback. Then business case with a more technical manager and haven't gotten further yet.

Entrevista
Talent Acquisition team is very professional and friendly. It started with an interview with HR, then there is a Business Case interview, and if you pass this individual Case interview there is an Assessment in Schaan.
Interviewers are super professional and friendly, and the whole process is transparent you would receive constructive feedback from your interviewers. The whole process is pretty efficient compared to other firms.
