The interview process was lengthy and felt unnecessarily drawn out. I went through multiple rounds over the span of several weeks which felt excessive for the position only to be informed at the end that I wasn’t a fit without clear feedback. At one point, I reached out with a follow-up email and didn’t receive a response from a key member of the interview panel which added to the overall lack of clarity and professionalism.
